1）Discharge process: put the lithium battery in the saline water for 48 hours.
2）Shredding the lithium battery into flake shape (30mm)
3）Crushing the flake mixture into smaller pieces (10mm)
4）The smaller pieces enter the trommel screen to collect certain quantity of the black mass.
5）The left material goes into the Z-type air separator for removing the plastic&septum.
6）Then the left material going to the second crushing system.
7）Next step is to grind the material into globular granule.
8）The spin vibration screen separate the last black mass from it.
9）The aluminum and copper mixture will goes into the air gravity separator, then you can get the pure copper and aluminum.
After processed by our lithium battery recycling plant, you can get the copper, aluminum and black mass, the most valuable product is the black mass, which can be the raw material for the new lithium battery production, because it contains many precious metal, such as colbalt, lithium, nickel, etc.
